Family
Room Addition; Remodeled Kitchen;
Rear Entry Expansion; Mudroom/Laundry
Room and Powder Room Renovation.
This New Berlin home makeover
transformed a small and dated
kitchen into a spacious family
living space. Large windows
and a patio door with transom
windows in the bright family
room addition overlook an expansive
and lovely back yard. The kitchen
boasts unique birch cabinetry,
solid surface countertops, and
a large island with ample space
for work and socializing. Separated
by a half wall only, the open
concept captures what our homeowners
wanted.
Just off
the kitchen, an entirely redesigned
and remodeled back entry converted
a cramped and cluttered area
into a colorful and functional
entrance. With cabinets, coat
hooks and lockers, a stacked
washer and dryer, laundry sink
and countertop, the redone space
serves its dual purpose as mudroom
and laundry much more efficiently.
Adjacent
to the mudroom/laundry, the
powder room is also entirely
new. Painted and distressed
vanity cabinets and solid surface
countertop follow the theme
of the kitchen island.
