Dear Louis, Tom, Barbara and the Carmel Builders Crew;

Every time I go into the kitchen, my breath is taken away! It's hard to believe that in seven weeks time there could be a transformation like this! We just can't believe how beautiful our kitchen is and how much we love it!

When we first began talking about remodeling, we knew what we wanted, but it seemed pretty daunting. After speaking with Louis the first time, we realized that our dream could become reality. Louis went through the demolition steps with us, and then the steps towards a brand new kitchen. He really dispelled our worries, and showed us how, and on what kind of schedule the remodeling could be done.

On the first day the demolition began, we met the 'crew'. Led by Brian, they were to a man, friendly, industrious and proud of what they did. It became common place to see them every day, and they were always respectful of us and our home, and left it clean at the end of their day. We had friends that had friends that had many nightmares they felt they should share with us about remodeling jobs that had gone awry... .and listened with disbelief as we told of a great company with a great crew that stayed on schedule, cleaned up at the end of every day, and were actually becoming 'friends'. Louis had said that they would start the second week of April and be completed by Memorial Day weekend, and they were.

The people that Carmel brought on for electrical, plumbing and painting were also good people. All in all, we would have to say that the entire experience was great! We couldn't be more happy with the final results! Our kitchen looks like a designer kitchen, and for that we have the wonderful people at Carmel Builders to thank!
