We would like to thank you for an absolutely beautiful master bedroom remodel!! It is beyond what we ever could have expected that we would have achieved with the original space.

The entire Carmel Builders team was incredibly fun to work with. From the initial visit with Louis, to the design process, to the construction phase with Joe and Brian, to after the completion of the project, there is nothing that we would have asked you to improve upon.

People that we talk with about the remodel process often ask us if we would use our contractor again and we answer with an enthusiastic – YES!! Beyond the quality of workmanship, there are three major reasons why we would use Carmel Builders again in a heartbeat.

First, we were impressed with each and every Carmel Builders employee and sub-contractor that entered our home. They were all very professional in every way. Not only did I feel comfortable having them in my home as a stay-at-home mom with a small child, but also I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home. They all treated our house as they would have their own, not just a job site.

Second, we were impressed by the schedule that we were given prior to the project starting. It provided us with a detailed look at what was to happen with the remodel each day, which sub was to be here, and when each sub was to be completed. Most impressive was that there were very few days that deviated from that schedule over the 8 weeks. The project was completed ON TIME!!!! This was vastly important to us as we brought home our second baby the day after the work was completed!!

Finally, we did not feel as though we were just another remodel project on a list of things “to-do” each day with Carmel Builders. We truly felt important to the entire Carmel team. This was apparent from the beginning of the process all the way through to today, months after the project has been completed.

We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful experience, and amazing new bedroom and bathroom, which you created for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Carmel Builders to anyone with a home remodel project.
