Our experience with Carmel Builders was great. From the very beginning we sensed that we had found a company that we would be comfortable working with and trust to get our basement remodeling project completed to our satisfaction.

Louis was our first contact with Carmel Builders. He did an excellent job of explaining the entire process. He took us step by step through this process addressing any concerns we may have had and was always there to answer any questions along the way. We feel Louis was instrumental in helping us to think through what we really wanted to accomplish.

Next we met with Tom and Joe who would be responsible for the actual remodeling end of the project. We were very impressed by their knowledge and experience in the business. They had some very creative solutions to challenging issues that arose along the way. The Carmel team was a pleasure to work with everyday. They stayed on schedule and cleaned up at the end of the day. The coordination between Carmel and the trade contractors was impressive. The contractors commented on how much they enjoy working with Carmel. Every member of the Carmel crew and every trade contractor were respectful, courteous and friendly. We enjoyed having them around!

This was more than just a basement remodel. It was a transformation of a basic basement into 1,200 square feet of completely finished living space. We love showing it to our friends.
